Founder & Principal of OptiVerde Advisory, Veronica brings more than two decades of leadership experience across renewable energy, asset management, operational transformation, project management, supply chain, and land development.

Most recently, Veronica served as Global Head of Asset Management for Prologis Global Energy, where she built the Energy Asset Management function and led a global team supporting a 1 GW+ distributed solar and energy storage portfolio across the U.S., Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Previously, she held leadership roles at Clearway Energy and NRG Energy across distributed solar, community solar, and utility-scale wind. Her portfolio responsibilities spanned financial and commercial management, O&M oversight, REC management, land lease management, billing, regulatory compliance, reporting, and cash management.

Earlier in her career, Veronica held project management, supply chain, and operational excellence leadership roles across land development and defense. Her background combines executive leadership with hands-on experience building and leading operating functions, managing complex portfolios and projects, improving processes, and translating strategy into practical solutions teams can execute and sustain. Her unique breadth of experience has been a particular strength in asset management, where effective leadership requires connecting financial, commercial, operational, contractual, technical, and organizational priorities.
