Founder & Principal
Veronica B. Rosell
Veronica B. Rosell is Founder & Principal of OptiVerde Advisory, bringing more than two decades of leadership experience, including 12+ years in renewable energy asset management and operations. Her broader background spans operational transformation, project management, supply chain, and land development.
Most recently, she served as Global Head of Asset Management for Prologis Global Energy, where she built and led the Energy Asset Management function and supported renewable energy operations across the U.S., Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
Across her renewable energy leadership roles, Veronica has supported more than 1 GW of renewable energy assets. Her experience spans financial and commercial management, O&M oversight, REC and land lease management, billing, compliance, reporting, and cash management.
Previously, she held renewable energy leadership roles at Clearway Energy and NRG Energy across distributed solar, community solar, and utility-scale wind. Earlier in her career, she led project management, supply chain, and operational excellence initiatives across land development and defense.
Her experience is especially valuable where operational, commercial, and organizational priorities intersect.
